Registering for all four sounds ambitious, but spreading thin preparation across four papers rarely produces a rank in any of them.
Classes 1–4: pick two
IMO and IEO are the natural pair at this stage — both build skills that pay off across school subjects, and the papers are short.
Classes 5–8: pick two or three
Add NSO if your child enjoys science and diagrams. ICSO is a strong choice for students with regular computer access, because the competition is smaller and the syllabus is finite.
Classes 9–10: prioritise ruthlessly
Board pressure is real. Two olympiads prepared properly beat four attempted casually, and a rank in one subject carries more weight than four participation certificates.
